REUNION PLANNING
Gentleman of SPS,
I'm writing to ask you if you plan to attend the Zoom Christmas Party on December 18th? It's important that we know the approximate number of attendees in order to best plan program details and establish time limits for various activities.
A simple 'yes', 'no' or 'very likely' will suffice, and the sooner the better, but note that you will still be welcome if you haven't gotten back to us about your intentions, right up until 'showtime' on December 18th. We want you to know that we want you to attend with or without an RSVP.

There are three steps to attend the SPS Zoom Christmas Party . . .
STEP 1:
Open a Zoom Account. The account is free. The purpose of the account is for the Zoom Web site to recognize you as a meeting participant when you join the meeting. You must create an account any time before Tuesday, December 9th.
There is no cost to open a Zoom account or to be a participant in a Zoom meeting. Below are the directions to open a Zoom account.
1.Enter Zoom.com into your browser.
2. Click the sign-up button at the top right of the page.
3. Enter your email address and click continue.
4. Zoom will then email a 6-digit number to you.
5. Check your email to retrieve the number. If the number does not appear, check your SPAM folder.
6. Enter the number on the sign-up page and click Verify.
7. Enter your name and a password of your choosing.
8. Click Continue and then you will have created an account.
STEP 2:
On Tuesday, December 9th, I will send an email to you. The email will contain a link that will connect you to the SPS Christmas Party on Thursday, December 18th.
The email that you will receive will read:
Ken Adams invites you to attend the SPS Alumni Christmas Party.
Date and time: Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
To join the Zoom meeting, click on the link below:

(Note: This is a sample link. The one that I will send on December 9th will have different letters and numbers.)
Retain this email on your device as the link will be your method of connection to the SPS Christmas Party.
STEP 3:
On Thursday, December 18th, the day of the Zoom Christmas Party, at about 10:50 AM, you should pull up on your device the email that I sent you on December 9th. Click on the link. When you click on that link, you will be connected to the Zoom Christmas Party. No further action is required.
