REUNION PLANNING
There are three steps to attend the SPS Zoom Christmas Party . . .
STEP 1:
Open a Zoom Account. The account is free. The purpose of the account is for the Zoom Web site to recognize you as a meeting participant when you join the meeting. You must create an account any time before Tuesday, December 9th.
There is no cost to open a Zoom account or to be a participant in a Zoom meeting. Below are the directions to open a Zoom account.
1.Enter Zoom.com into your browser.
2. Click the sign-up button at the top right of the page.
3. Enter your email address and click continue.
4. Zoom will then email a 6-digit number to you.
5. Check your email to retrieve the number. If the number does not appear, check your SPAM folder.
6. Enter the number on the sign-up page and click Verify.
7. Enter your name and a password of your choosing.
8. Click Continue and then you will have created an account.
STEP 2:
The SPS Alumni Association cordially invites you to an SPS Christmas Party.
Time and Date: Thursday, December 18th, at 11:00 am EST.

The link above should be shown as a colored font and be underlined to be functional. If the font is black or not underlined, please call or email me and I will re-send the link to you. Ken Adams: (540) 942-1880 or KenAdams@Lumos.net.
Retain this email on your internet device. On December 18th, at about 10:45 am, pull up this email and click on the link above. You will be immediately connected to the Christmas Party. That is all that you need to do. If you do not connect in a few moments, call or email me at (540) 942-1880 or KenAdams@Lumos.net.

STEP 3:
On Thursday, December 18th, the day of the Zoom Christmas Party, at about 10:50 AM, you should pull up on your device the email that I sent you on December 9th. Click on the link. When you click on that link, you will be connected to the Zoom Christmas Party. No further action is required.
You may call or email me any day and at any time at 1 (540) 942-1880 or kenadams@lumos.net. If you send me an email, in the subject line, type SPS Christmas Party so that the email is not sent to my junk folder.
